A 25-year-old woman is lucky to be alive today after making the embarrassing and dangerous mistake of texting while driving.
The woman, who has not been identified, admitted to police officers that she was texting and driving at the time of the accident. Apparently, she crashed her little Hyundai into a tree and the impact caused her vehicle to careen almost 60 feet into a lake.
Luckily, she was able to make her way out of the car by climbing through the window. She was taken to the hospital to get checked out, but she apparently didn’t have any major injuries. Police are investigating the incident, and charges could be filed against the woman.
Texting and driving continues to be a major problem in the world today. This lady is lucky she didn’t crash into another car and kill somebody. It’s just as bad as drunk driving.
Just think about it, folks. Can the text really not wait? Is it really that important? And if it is that important, then pull your f–king car over! You might think you can get by with looking down at your phone for a second, but you never know what might happen.
Save the texting for when you’re on the toilet. That’s when I do my best texting. Magazines and newspapers just don’t do it for me anymore. I need human interaction while taking a sh*t.
Texting & sh*tting is something I could get behind.
