This will most likely be the stupidest article you read all week, and I am not just saying that because I am the one writing it.
37-year-old Evelyn Hamilton purchased some weed from a drug dealer in East Texas. Hamilton wasn’t happy with the quality of the marijuana, so she called the cops after the drug dealer refused to refund her money.
An officer was sent out to her home a short time later. The officer listened to her complaint, and then asked Hamilton if she still had the marijuana. She nodded and pulled out a small amount from her bra.
She was then arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. After being released from jail, Hamilton told reporters that she wasted $40 on “seeds and residue.” She called the cops because the dealer’s family refused to help her out.
I know a lot of you probably think she shouldn’t have even been arrested. I disagree. She should have been arrested, but not for being in possession of marijuana. Charge her with stupidity. That’s something I can support.
Stop arresting people for having marijuana, and start arresting people for being stupid.
