Authorities working at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office last Sunday were alarmed when they heard reports of three people screaming inside a home, claiming to be held hostage.
According to WMBB, police arrived at the home and were informed that 21-year-old Damian Hines, 18-year-old Madison Douglas and 30-year-old Matthew McDaniel, had been held hostage for several hours inside the home. They were also led to believe that they had all been shot at several times.
It didn’t take long for police to realize this was not a hostage situation. The three idiots inside the home all hallucinated while on meth. The 18-year-old Douglas tried to convince police she had been stabbed by an imaginary suspect, but police said the scratch on her stomach was self-inflicted.
The three drug users were really tripping out. They honestly believed they were being held hostage, which led to them doing more than $10,000 in damages to the residence. They shot out windows, removed a window from the house on the second floor, and even threw a bathroom sink at the imaginary suspects.
According to the report, even the toilet was ripped from the floor. They were all arrested by police and charged with felony criminal mischief, possession of meth, attempt to manufacture meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
