Who hasn’t seen that ultra-dirty car with the “Wash Me” written in the dirt on the back window? In fact many of our readers are the type of people who are probably responsible for wordsmithing some of the not so PG-13 verbiage that can be seen while driving behind a filthy car on the highway.
There is no doubt that this is how this guy got started. Allow me to introduce you to the work of Scott Wade. He has taken dirty car window writing to a whole new level. Wade, the son of a cartoonist got to perfect this medium for his art, because he lived on a dirt road in Central Texas and seeing cars covered in road dust was part of everyday life. Scott went from writing silly words, to drawing cartoons, to full blown masterpieces. He started off using his fingers, then his fingernails, then moving on to using modified Popsicle sticks to create shading affects.
Once he started to email photos of his creations to friends, the results have been viral. We have chosen 20 of our favorites below. Enjoy.
