A woman named Tanya Saylor from Pennsylvania still can’t believe she had to put up with 25-year-old Amanda Warfel’s rude and disgusting behavior for two years.
Saylor claims she should have started calling the police on Warfel a year ago, but she tried to do the neighborly thing by talking to the woman first. According to Saylor, Warfel would constantly have loud sex, or as one report put it, “fornicating and banging around her bedroom to the degree that the [victim’s] dresser and her own bed shook.”
To make this situation worse, Warfel’s bedroom shares a wall with the bedroom of Saylor’s two teen daughters. The sex was so loud that the concerned mother made her daughters wear headphones to bed.
In addition to the sex, they also heard loud music and racist comments being screamed from Warfel’s bedroom. In January, one of Saylor’s daughters was forced to spend 10 days isolated in her room following treatment for cancer.
During those 10 days, Warfel allegedly had sex “nonstop, making sure that my daughter heard,” according to the report. Police were called at least three times between February and March.
In April, Warfel pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct in connection to the incidents taking place in February. She was sentenced to 45 to 90 days in jail.
She’s scheduled to be released on June 20, but she still has charges pending for the March 21 case.
