62-year-old Randy Linwood is a professional goofer. He goofed it all up last week when he called the cops on his neighbor.
For some reason, Linwood was not at his house when policed arrived, and since they were not able to contact him, they searched around and noticed his back door was wide open.
So they went inside “to check the welfare of anyone inside” and what they found inside the living room was a table full of marijuana..
“When officers entered the living room of the house they located a large amount of marijuana spread out on a makeshift table.”
In total, officers found about 2.3 pounds of marijuana scattered around the house in pickle jars and plastic bags. While the officers at the scene waited for the drug unit to show up, Linwood arrived back at his house and told cops he originally called to report his neighbor.
Police arrested Linwood and charged him with possession of marijuana greater than four ounces and less than or equal to five pounds.
He should have solved the problem with his neighbor on his own. You don’t invite the cops to your house when you have this chilling out in yo’ bedroom…
